Regulation of internal orders for accommodation in „Perla Argesului”

For a pleasant stay, but also to be able to fulfill our obligations as hosts, please respect the rules of the location, mentioned below, as follows:

♦ At check-in, the guest presents the identity card at the reception, fills in the register with personal data, pays in cash, bank card or holiday voucher card (pluxee/sodexo, eden red, up) and is presented with the room;

♦ Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 23.00;

♦ Check-out in the time interval 08.00-11.00;

♦ At the end of the stay, the guest will hand over the room to the reception staff, according to the inventory related to each room;

♦ Any damage to goods due to fault will be settled on the spot at the reception;

♦ People who come to visit the guest must be notified at the reception and can stay at the location until 11:00 p.m.;

♦ It is prohibited to introduce and use large electrical consumers (cookers, radiators, kettles, etc.) in the premises of the location!

♦ It is forbidden to prepare food in the room! This is done only in the kitchen and in specially designed pavilions;

♦ Smoking, electronic cigarettes, according to C.E. rules, are only allowed in specially arranged spaces; Cigarette butts are stored in ashtrays after they have been extinguished;

♦ The consumption and sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited within the location, which is punishable according to Romanian legislation;

♦ To be friendly to the environment, when leaving the room, do not leave electrical appliances in operation (TV, etc.), lights on and water running;

♦ Do not throw toilet paper or other objects into the toilet that could damage the waste collection station;

♦ The comfort of every tourist is important to us!!! Thus, please respect the quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., an interval considered a rest period; If, for objective reasons, you arrive after 11:00 p.m., please keep quiet;

♦ Parties/events are not allowed. The location offers, for a fee, a space set up for private parties. Loud music is not accepted. Exceptions are groups that fully occupy the location;

♦ Avoid excess alcoholic beverages and loud sound both inside and outside the location;

♦ Always lock the door when leaving the room;

♦ DO NOT use the towels or linen in the rooms or other spaces for: removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, the floor, etc. They are used strictly for personal hygiene;

♦ DO NOT enter other rooms or the private spaces of the location;

♦ DO NOT smoke or walk with open fire except in specially arranged places;

♦ Use only the common spaces of the location and the rooms reserved by you;

♦ DO NOT tear the plants or shrubs from the spaces related to the location;

♦ Comply with fire prevention and extinguishing rules according to the displayed evacuation plans;

♦ Observe the rules regarding the use of the elevator displayed in plain sight;

♦ Immediately notify the reception of any malfunction of the devices, installations or goods in the equipment of the rented or shared spaces. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNSUPERVISED !!! ANY ACCIDENT DUE TO IMPROPER/EXCESSIVE USE OF THE LOCATION EQUIPMENT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY!

♦The requirements are considered accepted and assumed by the tourist at the time of payment of the advance/payment of the accommodation.
We reserve the right to deny access to the premises in the event of non-compliance with one or more of the requirements mentioned above, and the right to act according to the law.
